Fast Tracker helps people track fasting schedules and metabolic markers without clinical claims. Core features: live fast progress, ketone logging, glucose logging, weight tracking, a fasting calendar, achievements, an opt-in public leaderboard, and MCP OAuth so agents (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) can act on your behalf after you authorize.
