Connect an AI agent

Fast Tracker supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP) so trusted AI agents can help you track fasts, ketones, glucose, weight, and more. Paste one prompt, authorize in your browser, and never copy a secret.

Connect my Fast Tracker account using the remote MCP server.

Do this for me:
1. Start the official MCP OAuth / authorize connection for that URL (authorization code + PKCE).
2. Open (or clearly give me) the Fast Tracker authorize page in my browser so I can sign in if needed and click Authorize / Allow.
3. Finish setup behind the scenes after I approve. Store credentials securely in the MCP client.
4. Do NOT ask me to create a personal access token, copy a Bearer token, or paste secrets into mcp.json / settings JSON.
5. When connected, confirm success and use the Fast Tracker MCP tools as me.

Works with Cursor, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, and similar tools that support remote MCP. Tell the agent to follow the prompt — it should start the official connect flow for https://fast-tracker.app/mcp.

3. Authorize in your browser

  1. Sign in to Fast Tracker if you are not already signed in.
  2. Review the agent name, then click Authorize.
  3. Return to your agent — connection finishes automatically.

4. Manage access later

See connected agents and revoke access anytime from Settings → AI Connections. You will see app names and dates — never raw token strings.

What agents can do

  • Start, edit, complete, or break active fasts
  • Plan, update, cancel, and start scheduled fasts
  • Read history, calendar, and stats
  • Log weight, ketones, glucose, and hunger
  • Update display name / leaderboard privacy
  • Read the public leaderboard
  • Submit bug reports and feedback

Admin dashboard actions are not exposed.

MCP FAQs

What is MCP on Fast Tracker?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets authorized AI agents use Fast Tracker tools on your behalf after you approve them in the browser.

Do I need to copy API tokens?

No. The connect flow uses browser authorization. You should never paste a Bearer token into chat or config files.

Can agents log glucose and ketones?

Yes. After you authorize an agent, it can log weight, ketone, glucose, and hunger entries for your account, along with fast tracking actions.

How do I revoke an agent?

Open Settings → AI Connections and revoke any connected agent. Access ends for that agent immediately.
